to get sufficient airspace for two 15s ported, the box will be fairly large. you'll end up building the box inside the trunk or something since the odds of fitting in a 7+ cubes box into the trunk opening will be pretty slim in my opinion. two 15s sealed will be more doable. i have a ported 15 in my 06.

Yeah anything is possible. I own a 4th gen, so im not sure of the exact dimensions of your trunk opening. Pretty much when i build boxes for people i use just a tape measure, pen, and paper. I can get the biggest dimensions of any box that you can squish into your car by just taking some quick measurements. I know for a fact you could get the 2 15's in in a 4th gen. Before i changed it out i had a ported box with 2 15's in it.

Remember with the right people anything is possible. Right now I have a 13+ cubic foot box in my trunk with 2 15's. I can flex the roof of my car and my trunk lid about an inch.
