Window wouldnt go up??

So ive noticeed ever since i got the max that the passengers side rear window takes about a minute to go up???
Is this due to improper or poor grounding??

Grounding does have a big affect on it but high use over 3 years might need some new gears in the motor or new actuator. I would try the grounding route. There are a lot of write-up in here and shouldnt run you more than 40 dollars.
