that rubber socket where the fuel injector goes into the block has cracked and so the line is gettin crimped not allowing gas into the cylinder.. when i crimp it it does the missing and when i straighten the fuel line out the problem goes away..

now the next part is repair.. i suppose nissan dealer to get the part, anyone got ideas on how much? also replacement.. is this easy to do? (i havent fully checked it out yet) thanks! check the pic to see what im talking about..

Injector harness clip... $36+ from Courtesy Nissan...

I just had to replace mine this week. I these are prone to go with the years and milage on our cars...

Also had two injectors replaced this week, but car is still missing. Mech. now thinks that an exhaust valve might be fried. Has to do a leak-down test today, and I wait for results... Does this sound like the right course of action? Any other suggestions as to why its still running off of five cylinders instead of six? Just to replace exhaust valves might be $500+ in labor

well actually.. just found out today went to the dealer.. it is actually the electrical harness clip that is messin up.. so i bought a replacement part for 9 bucks.. not bad... the crazy part is a whole new harness is like 300 something bucks!! the guy actually gave me a part that works except i gotta file a tab on the injector to make it fit... but it beats paying 300 bucks!! i gotta splice the new connector into the old wiring and plug it in to that injector.. ill see how it goes.. try checking those out on your car..
