With the car idleing, i can hear a ticking sound. When i push the actuator with my hand the sound goes away. anyone experience this?? this leads me to believe that its something with the butterfly valves...maybe?? i have never seen them personally and i dont know what they look like either....i was assured that they were loctited and everything was sealed so i didnt bother to take it apart any further since it was done already...

 

I had the same thing when I had my MEVI. Its the shaft that doesnt fit perfectly and allows the butterfly valves to vibrate in there

Its 100% normal
