You do know that 99 ECU's are not adjustable right? No one ever came out with a mod program for them, not JWT, not Technosquare.

 

get an EU and call it a day!

 

what the hell, I could have sworn that there was a thread with someone having extended rev limiter with swapped out ECU...his car was also KT3 sterling mist colored from what I remember....a long *** time ago....
I was almost damn sure that there were only like 5 of these kind of ECUs that Im talking about....for 99s

 

Are you sure they were not running a 95-96 ECU? Also, as mentioned above, a Emanage Ultimate can give you all that you are looking for and more.

I believe zack342 was the original guy to have an upgraded 99 ecu. I thought i remember other wiring in a 95-96 ecu as well.

Just a couple things from the few links i read though.
I'm not sure if any of it has changed.
Yes 1999's can get ECU upgrades BUT only 5 SPEED 1999's.
Yes I (Zack342) used a 1996 ECU. This is what JWT recommends for this mod.
