Early spring cleaning

Hey guys, I made a post before about what was the best stuff to use to clean out my engine. Now in this post I want to know what I can physically do to clean out my engine. Something in my car just doesnt feel right. It doesnt feel like a maxima should. If anyone is around Mass. let me know and you could take a look. Everyone else just give me some ideas. Thanks guys your help is always appreciated.

After reading your post again, are you talking about cleaning the interior of your engine or just giving it a surface clean that looks nice when you pop your hood?

Well, I replaced my knock sensor about 4 months ago. However I didnt get an OEM one. I got one off ebay. Do you think it might be crap?
