Replacing Door Mirror Guts

I want to replace mine with the comparable heated version, and I've searched but was unable to locate any info to R&R the guts. My white mirrors are in excellent shape and I've been able to locate heated ones for sale at reasonable prices, but the wrong color. Has anyone done this?

The colored portion is removal with three screws. All you have to do is remove the glass and the three screws are right there.

its very simple. gently pry the bottom inside corner of the glass to pop it out. once done, there are 3 phillips screws that allow you to remove the colored shell. you are done.
