FS: 03 6spd, Grey, Blk Lthr, Loaded, Eclipse DVD+Nav, 791VX w/ remote start 88k

Pictures are coming but I am just going to be honest on everything up front and then let the pics back me up. I will take some fresh pictures of it tomorrow and post them.

About Car and Sale:
Immaculate Interior, Exterior has usual wear and tear with one bad area.
Only Owner (non smoker), with almost all maitenance recs. (I have been doing them myself recently once I got a driveway)
I am selling becuase health reasons are making me get rid of my motorcycle, and I promised myself I would get something even sportier when that day came.
Car has every option expect Navigation. I ended up adding it as described below.
Clutch is original and strong (if that isn't a sign of my respect for her I don't know what is)
Tires will need replacing after winter.
I had the car lowered for about 27 months, but just switched it back to stock 03 SE Springs recently because the ride was just to harsh around NJ. I had EIBACHS with Illumnas. The Illumans are still on the car.
It has a RSB, and a K&N drop in.
Just had 90k service done (except I haven't changed the plugs yet, they are in a box in my garage right now).
Oil was changed frequently (varied from 3k to 5k) 5w30 Mobil 1 since mile 2k
Air Filter Cleaned and oiled reguarly.
It just got a new muffler because the original had a leak.
It has the Xenons w/ Datadots done. They were out of my car for a few years after someone attempted to steal them but chickened out.
Fuel Filter was just changed
Rims are shiny and in good condition.
Brakes are solid. I changed them about 12k ago.
Spare tire has about 600 miles on it. (Rated to 10k)
Gets around 32mpg Highway (cruise at 70) and averages 23mpg in my daily driving.

Improvements:
Eclipse AVN 2454 with Updated DVD-MAPS. (shows the actual buildings in NYC) This wired to allow DVDs to play in dash while driving. The line-ins come out in the glove box so you can play IPOD video or just about anything on the screen. GPS is fantastic and the new DVD fixed many bad areas. It is installed slick as will be seen in pictures. Speakers are BOSE
Viper 791vx alarm with sensors on each headlight and remote start. I love the remote start and will miss it in the worst way on my next car. Receiver beeps at you when the alarm goes off. It also controls the windows and trunk (naturally). It has saved me twice from being towed
Hard Wired Valentine One. Self explanatory, it is right at the top of the windshield and easily removable to keep out of site.
Rear Sway Bar. Stillen, has been on for a long time to make the corners feel nicer.
Toyico Illumina Struts. Great adjustable struts. I should have just put these on in the first place but got a little carried away with the lowering.

Faults:
It does burn oil, but not terribly. I put regular gas in for a few months and I noticed it, once i went back to premium it pretty much went back to normal. With premium gas it loses about 1/2 to 1 quart in 4k miles depending on your driving style.
The front lower spoiler ain't pretty, but it isn't noticeable unless you look at the car on a lift.
There is a scrape mark from where a valet screwed me gently on a concrete pillar in a parking garage. It is completely painted but the dent was never pounded out. The appraiser only noticed the problem (when I got a quote to fix a few months ago) on the second time around the car.
There is a small dent from the lip of my driver's side window frame from where some clown crowbared my window to steal an IPOD in a parking garage.
Pictures will show some indentations in my hood from where some acorns came down from my mile high oak. I am fixing them this weekend, but I just wanted to explain if you end up noticing them in the pictures.

Price:
12,000 or OBO. It is loaded to the gills and if it wasn't front drive, I'd probably keep it for another 90k.

Extras:
I have a set of 2k1 Anniversary Lights if you want them. I used them for a while until i got the alarm, and thiefs stopped being xenon happy
I have the Eibach Pro Springs in a box if you want to put them back on.
I have the stock bose head unit (works great no left channel cutouts).
I have a spare accessory belt in the trunk for worst case scenario.

Feature List: (in case you don't know)
6sp Manual with Limited Slip
235/45 Pirelli Pnero/zero M+S (I love these babys)
Bose Sound
Dual heated + power seats with Black Leather
Grey Lustre Exterior
Titanium Package
Heated steering wheel (really going to miss this a lot)
Power windows with express up/down
keyless entry
sunroof
Home link
Cruise
Xenon Headlights
yadda yadda yadda...

Let me know what you think.

Some pictures from this rainy morning.

Full side profile, I swear it shines in sunlight.

That rear wheel well is where the scrape was. I told you it was pretty hard to see unless you really stare at it.

Rain covers dimples really well from the acorns, but as I said, they shouldn't last past this weekend.

Notice Nav, Valentine One, and ipod cable coming out of armrest. You can also notice that I have my gymbag in the front seat and that I really like to use my driver's door compartment.

Interior shot showing good condition, I forgot to mention I have brand new floor mats that I took out for the winter.

You're about an hour away. I might be interested in this car, would you be able to let me see the car this weekend if I feel so inclined?
