hey peeps, i just recently bought a 01 maxima and i just installed the clear corner lights. what color of bulbs should i put in the front and rear.
please be gentle, this is my first maxima. yeah, i'm the rookie. thanks everyone for the help. this site and you people are the best.

It really depends on you. You can find a listing of stores that sell them in the stickies above in the 5th gen forum. Raybrig, PIAA, etc all make lights that size as do many others. Colors really come down to the driver. Stick to white or yellow unless you like talking to police officers. Check your local restrictions for any laws about running light colors. Happy Modding. Just use the "search" function to find related issues and options.

 

Depends on your preference...

You can leave the stock clear bulbs (yellowish)
You can upgrade to brighter whites (I did with PIAA's)
You can replace with the stock colors (amber front/red rear)

Depends on the laws in your state too...and if you care about fix-it tickets.

It's really your decision but that's my .02

 

I believe DUSTYROADS prefers using BLUE
bulbs in the front and back...

Just go with the POLARGs bulbs, they give out a nice WHITE light, with a very light light hint of blue. Not enough blue to get you pulled over.

Plus I asked a police officer, and he said they dont REALLY care too much about these clear corners anymore, they do HOWEVER care if they got any type of blue color coming out of them since BLUE and RED are reserved colors for LAW ENFORCEMENT and EMERGENCY vehicles.
