Do either of the steering wheels listed above have a smaller diameter than the stock steering wheel in a 97 SE?

i have one right now. car's sitting in my garage waiting for me to take parts off it. how much are you willing to pay for the wheel? you want the airbag too? it's off a 98 SE.
