Both Rear struts and springs are maybe done...
I Just replaced my struts about a year ago and I told my mechanic to do the springs and the struts together,he just did the struts and he left the old springs on and they are not supporting the struts. I went to a another mechanic Today and I told him the story, so he was amazed and he looked at the car and said WOW this car has been through (HELL)I said (Yeah It's has) He said that I will need to do the struts again with the springs to be pressed in. I asked him If he can just press the springs In and do the on side that's bad. He said (no)
The question that I have for you orgers Is when the car Is on the lift the one side Is hanging lower than the otherside(The tire come down on oneside than It does the otherside). I know that side that Is lower might need the new strut and the spring to be pressed in,but the same side that hits the bumps has a hard hit to the frame and does not absorb anything.

what do you mean "pressed in" the springs? the springs need a compressor to remove or install them, but during the install they expand into place.
possible bad bushings, or mounts?
EDIT: what i meant was this could cause the unevenness
were these replaced with the struts?

Just so you know, replacing springs when you change your struts is not something you normally do unless you're 'droppin' the car. You only change em if they're broken or ridiculously old which I dont think 3rd gens are old enough to qualify. This is most likely NOT your cause for the struts going bad.
So some information, how many miles ago were they replaced? what brand struts?
I had my KYB GR2 struts go bad on me in a year and a half with only 15k miles on them. Lucky they have lifetime warranty but still its a lot of work to do struts.

springs should be good to at least 200K-300K miles. I wouldn't really worry about them unless one side is sagging more then the other WITH GOOD STRUTS.
Bad struts can cause that corner of the car to sag a bit, since the strut isn't supporting any weight at all.
And one side bouncing more then other means thats side has a bad strut is all.
Also check the condition of the actual strut mounts since they are 15+ years old.

Will It matter If I get the cheap kind?
Luckily...I'm not speaking on my behalf
I've read from a few people on here over the 2 years I've been here. I know gapboi used cheapo struts and they're bad.
Some other guy used cheapos (gabriels) and has to do em over but dont remember which member it was.

I guess cheap struts FTL I will go with the good ones. Do you guys know which cheap in cash and good struts I can go with besides Nissan brand. I think Midas got's some for $80 bux,but Is there anything cheaper and better than that?
I dont think Midas sells struts... perhaps installed but not like a store would.
Your best bet is KYB GR2 Gas struts and even I had a bit of bad luck with them but they're supposed to be good.
For the rear they're about 40-60 bucks each or for pair $80-120 and the fronts range anywhere from $67-80 each
