big brake kit (un) install one problem

so on my 92 se it has the full bbk

z32 calipers
stainless lines
13" rotors
brackets
hub centric rings

how do i remove the hub centric ring?? that allow the cobra rotors to fit right.

i can tell its not going to be fun, possibly the easy way is to cut them off??

i would like to keep the ring in good condition cuz im planning selling the whole kit

any ideas???? its not like i can put a 3 jaw puller on it, and its not going to just pop off from a flat head behind it..

blowtorch + pliers.
If that doesn't work, dremel & cold chisel is your next option.

Why??

I love my bbk, but I might want to temporarily remove it. Eventually I'll want to install smaller wheels with slicks for track purposes...

what does your rear bbk consist of? meaning what parts were you using?
how much for the pace setter STS?

Use PB Blaster next time, its a hell of a lot better than WD-40.

Yes it is a shame isnt it? I guess it just benefits the rest of the ones that are still modding.
