I am going to order some washer nozzle LED lights, and I took a look under the hood to see how they would go in. I see that the hood liner is being held in by some "buttons" and I tried to yank on them, but they would budge. Do I have to do anything special to take it off or just pull harder? Thanks!

I just took mine off, looks nicer and and i belive DBM said it actually reduced underhood temp by a couple of degrees.......

 

You mean when having the liner off right??

if there is an engine fire the clips holding the hood liner melt and the hoodliner falls on the engine smothering the fire.
