Airbags are somewhat like hydrolics in that the car can raise and lower with the flick of a switch, but hydros use hydrolic pumps and airbags use aircylinders that expand and un-expand.. I will post pictures of install and final product and all, it's all coming in 2 weeks thanks to alex at southwest autoworks.. great guy. cant wait to drop 6inches!!!

working on a porsche turbo 13.3" brembo big brake system.. costly and have to make some custom brackets.. we'll see.

i second the Porsche brake kit, what about the Wilwood 12.2s and Stillen x-drilled rears? that would be a more budget idea, and alot less of a ***** than the Stillen APs for fitment, but the Porsche would be really tite, just hopefully not too much $$$

 

they look exact the same asthe fake m5 on ebay hehehe

they may look the same, but the ones on Ebay will crack if you hit a hard bump.. plus i like having the real deal..

as far as the brakes go, i am striving to be completely different and to stand out... a few people have wildwoods and stillen's brakes, i want porsche to be different.. kinda like jeff (shadow) who did the 300ZX conversion..

i think stopping a McLaren from 231mph takes more effort than the Maxima would ever need, you could always make your maxi go 231 mph, that would be a cool project

pics of the bags will come, alex called me last night and everything should be here by NEXT friday.. and installed on the weekend.. it may be a trade off tho, install the bags or the complete trunk setup? hmmm.. probably bags, cuz i'd have to take all the stereo out to do the bags.. oh well..
