transmission flush

hey wasup members....i just finished doing a transmission flush today and i noticed that my car now seems more sluggish after i drove it around for 10 miles...but i think i did notice it got faster longer into the drive...is this common to happen after one of these flushes because the fluids need to run around a little bit? thanks

I would never recommend a flush of anything. Just replace fluids. Flushes always end up screwing something up. Just make sure that you've got enough fluid in there.

was the oil pan dropped? the magnets and the screen cleaned? If those were done then drive on it a bit, make sure the level is toped off and drain and refill with fresh oil.

By the way, how did he do the tranny flush?

It is normal for new fluid to make the transmission feel different if the old ATF is dirty. The cleaners in the new ATF are circulation and knocking out crud in the valve body if the old ATF is bad enough.
