Who is the REAL "Budget" exhaust company?

Hi everyone,
In reading this site it seems that there are conflicting ideas as to who the REAL Budget exhaust campany is. I want the Budget Y pipe for my 1996 Maxima, and I am not sure who actually makes the part? I have pasted two links below, who is the actual company? THey are from Canada correct? About two weeks ago I called the company in the second link, and they said they were the company that makes the pipe?

http://thewrx.netfirms.com/lss/frame.htm

http://www.budgetexhaust.ca/

Thanks,
Zack

Why would they do that? Why have two seperate web pages up! Is it to confuse people?

They've changed thier website (and website url) at least 4 times in the last couple of years... this question comes up from time to time.

the new page is still under construction and is pretty much worthless. The netfirms one actually has stuff on it.

I noticed a lot of these online part companies have crappy websites. Making it hard to tell if it's a scam or a real site... Someone should give them the heads-up. :P
