Brake pad options for q45 calipers?

Are there any Good brand of pads for these calipers? I can only find the regular generics. I was hoping to get hawk or ebc for them. Whoever is running them, what do you use?

I know greeny uses a maxima torque member to for maxima pads. The only problem is I think after using jeff's bracket it might push the caliper out too far? I donno...

The main reason i ditched the Q torque member for the maxima t/m. No good quality pads available.(that i know of)

There's a reason I designed my kit around a caliper off a sports car instead of a luxo-boat.

Yes, I have Hawk pads and Brembo rotors made for the Q45 (same price as Maxima hardware). I bought from importrp (I think it was him). Q45 and J30 hardware should be interchangeable as far as I know...Just turn down the rotors 3-5mm and just make a slot in the shims. You should be able to tell where to cut when you test fit things. Search for a thread I did about it in May or June last year. Oh, and specify the Q45 parts as 92 or 93 for the model year.

Next question: On a 93, I don't see hawk part numbers, just run oem for the rear?

Also, if this a good price ? http://www.prostreetonline.com/pnsku/hb415f.583.asp

Not sure about the rears...I still have drums FTL.

Post here, I'm sure importrp can tell you more about the rear pad availability than I can.

And that pad price seems fine. I paid $70 for mine.
