For the benefit of all! Where do i get my 02 Max Dyno'd? How much?

Okay, i've read several posts already about seeing some dyno's from the 02 Max.

I think i've pretty much broken in mine at close to 3,000 miles

So tell me, how and where can i get this thing dyno'd in Houston for y'all references?

Also, would it be better to dyno before my first oil change or after?

Thanks.

* Edit *
Hmm... 6 reads so far and no responses so i think not a lot of you are from Houston. In any case, if you have inputs about getting it Dyno'd please post. If you also have an idea more or less how much it'll cost that would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I know you can do a dyno at Carboy in Houston (Bissonnet and 59). Otherwise you can try Endless Performance (Bellaire and Wilcrest) or Hocus Pocus (Bellaire and Kirkwood).

Thanks jeff!

I found one that's just a mile away from me. $75 for 2 runs.

I can't find Carboy's website right now but they did a thing last year where you could print a coupon from their website and get a free dyno test. Something you might want to look into atleast with Carboy.

I'd like to see the results as my car is in the break in period right now and I have to baby it. On the bright side I got a loaner car (2K2 Maxima SE) while my car gets some final touchs put on it from the dealer. I feel sorry who ever buys this car in the future. BTW if you are going to by a Maxima from Mossy Nissan don't buy a Sunlit Sand Se with Blond Cloth interior.

...

Now we just need to get an Altima SE to dyno, so we can put this thing to rest.

Jeff, do you have a 02 too?

I noticed that coupon on Carboy's site a couple of weeks ago but it's very outdated. Only valid last year <g>

Yes I have an 02. I traded in the 00 GLE for an 02 SE auto with Navi. They couldn't find a 6-speed with Navi anywhere. If you want to drive the 6-speed go to Mossy Nissan. When I test drove I pushed it from 1st to 2nd and man o man does it pull hard and chirp the tires good My wife was like whoa! as the salesman was hanging on for dear life

Anyways I love the 02 over my 00 anyday. Wife thinks the clear side markers look better on our Sunlit Sand 02 than on the 00 Super Black.

You should put some H&R springs on as well! You will be very happy if you do!
