wow...no 7th gen for me thats for sure

 

Just a wild guess here, but I think this should have been posted in the 7th gen forum. Otherwise, I do like it, maybe a little more than the current 6th gen, but the superhero logo headlights have to go.

 

I dunno if I'm sold yet. I like the interior, but it has the *** of a Camry.

ya...to me the *** looks like a blend of civic and yaris

It's like the M's goofy little brother. Very similar interior and grill, but it's lacking...

 

WOW I cannot believe how hideous it is....It looks like a Camry in the back and some sort of Hyundai/Chevy Malibu mix in the front....Ugly!

i like it alot, IMO its definitely better than the 6th gen.

 

Odd how they went to a single tip dual exhaust....

 

Not as bad as I had thought based on earlier pics. The head-on shot of the hood kind of makes me sea-sick. But add an aftermarket grill, a 3 inch suspension drop, 20 inch wheels and dual outlet mufflers and it might not look too bad. I like the new steering wheel.

 

Sorry to say guys, but the 6th gen apparently has been my first and "ONLY" Maxima..... what a complete design disaster.......very dissapointed

EDIT: It seems to me that Nissan is now going backwards on their designs! First they screw up the Murano - I loved the previous gen - but the new Murano is ewwww. And now Nissan screws up the Maxima...... Based on these pics so far, I think the 6th gen looks wayyyyy better than the 7th....

 

 

 

I'm sold, I love it. From the G35 hood, paddle shifters, LED tails, all to the new bangle rear. Now if radiant ember would make a come back to the paint list. I'd put up and shut up to all the haterz.

 

I've been staring and staring at these pics and at first look, it's kind of hard to figure out if I like it or not. But after a bit I notice more and more things that attract me to it. I will have to see it in person and see the specs tomorrow but I'm semi/partially interested.
Tail lights still bug me, looks like LED's though. I do like the bold lines of the fenders, I think the front shot looks tough (but yes very infiniti-ish)....

 

Looks pretty good, I see a foot pedal but other then that I want to know whats the powertrain

 

I like it....except for the Honda Accord grille.

I see the headlight/fender line treatment will become a design theme for Nissan. The new 370Z will have a very similar headlight treatment.

The hood looks EXACTLY like the new Malibu and everything else looks like a ****ty combination of the Lexus ES, Infiniti G, and the newer Altima

 

So far it looks like I am going to dump japs and marry germans. My next whip is either MB, BMW or Audi for shure. Question is which model.

Extremely disappointed. Ill stick with my 6th gen.

 

I kind of like it but I'm still going back to BMW for my next car.

 

Stillen better get to work on this one....fast. Love the interior tho. It grows on you after a while, but I definitely wouldn't drive it stock. Those headlights alone confuse me.

BUT something tells me that the mod-market is gonna go wild with it...

 

now that looks alot better now put some rims on it lets us see what it looks like

I absolutely love it! Still waiting for the specs. Looks wise the best Maxima yet.
