i mounted mine on the power steering line but its not much of a can its the ghetto little compressor air filters you get from home depot. It worked at first but stopped catching oil after an ounce or two.
how does that one work for you? whered you get it? price?

First, get rid of that ebay catch can. All I have heard were bad reviews about those.
Go to Home Depot or Sears and buy an "air/water seperator" that they sell for compressors. Alot smaller too so you'll find a nice spot to mount it.

BTW: Is that an Altima engine bay ?? Pretty dirty man lol..

Reduce blow-by, which is known to cause gasoline's octane level to drop (add oil to gasoline = lower octane rating), which, in affect, sometimes, causes pinging.
Also keeps the IM a little bit cleaner (less oil / blow by).

Thats a good idea and its prolly alot more effecient than a catch can
I have the home Depot set-up, and well, it acts a s a catch can, since you have to remove the filter (air / water separator). If not removed, it will not work as a catch can and cause bad symptoms such as those associated w/ a bad PCV valve since the air water / separator replicates a clogged PCV valve.
How do you figure?
