I did this a couple years ago. I have a salvage car with no airbags. I just started taking stuff off but I messed up and lost horn capability in the steering wheel. (Moved it to a push button in the cig. lighter.
)I do remember there are 4 bolts that take either a special tool or some ingenuity to get them off.
I had to take the dash apart and pull the airbag light to get it to go away. I love my MOMO wheel though. It's the small 12.5" Monte Carlo.

Hey guys. I noticed recently that my steering wheel seems to stiffen up at variable speeds..PS fluid was drained and refilled recently using the turkey baster method..it also makes some moaning sounds when I turn but its inconsistent..any ideas?
Did you really have to bump a 6 year old thread for a question that isn't even related to the thread topic?
