Paint Chipping badly.

So, since I recently bought my Gen3 black max, it's in okay condition, it was nice when the first buyer drove it off the lot im sure, but now it needs some TLC, so, the passenger front fender has little or no paint left on it (paint chipped over 1/2) the bumper cover looks pretty bad, and the rear spoiler could use a go-over. I have access to a picknpull but I have no clue if they have a max in my color yet (black), so, would it be best to just replace these items? or spray it? or roll paint onto it (heard this has good results if you take the time to prep. I don't have a paint gun nor access to a air compressor so this is going to have to be done without that. should I just buy the pieces in the same color if they're in the same condition or should I take the time to repaint?

Pictures to show. need better, but this is all i got atm.
