I purchased the car a few months ago and drove it on dealer plates for about a month. I purchased a Corvette and have since not driven the Maxima. With that said, i DO NOT have plates for it so test driving it might be difficult. I might be able to provide a dealer plate for test drive if absolutely necessary.

What kind of shape is the body in that I cannot tell from the pictures? (Referring to door dings, minor scratches, rust, etc...) Driven during the winter?

 

The car has not been driven in the snow by me or the previous owner. That however only makes up for the past year and half. Other than that there was a military guy who owned it. Im not sure what state he lived in, i would like to say NC. So i dont think it saw much snow, if any. However that is just speculation at the moment.

There are a few minor scratches on the car. I know the pass. mirror has 2 scratches. pass. rear dood has a tiny scratch about 1 inch long thats been touched up. It shows normal wear for a 8 year old car. no more no less. The car isnt a show car, but if i had to rate the outside ide say 8/10. The inside a 8.5/10. Car really looks very good inside and out for its age. there are NO digns, bumps, dents or holes in the car. Just a few minor scratches.

The interior is practically pristine. Only spot worth mentioning is a small burn mark on the pass seat where the bottom of the seat meets the back portion. Also the shifter **** shows signs of use. Other than that the interior is really nice. No rips or stains.

Car does need wiper blades at the moment, but i will have those replaced before the car sells!!

breaks and rotors are good.- were replaced by previous owner 1 year ago, but since than have only put 1800 miles on car.
Tires all about 60% tread left.

Car is ready to be driven. Nothing to hide here!

That car has 200,000 miles on it, auto etc...

Dealership will give me 6400 and credit the tax, so im not going any lower than that. Ill just put it on fleabay.

 

Pretty much the miles is whats killing the price on that 03, but I just wanna point something out to everyone... For some reason It seems like people seem to think manual tranny has a greater value then auto??? Ok so i can understand that we Maxima enthusiast preffer the 5 and 6 speed, but really guys lets keep in mind the the automatic is the one that is supposed to add more value to the car.

Other then that, if you wanna make a quick sale best offers are going to be your best bet. It sucks how after 3 years 00's lost like 6k in value, i sold mine 3 years ago for 11k, since then it seems they took quite a drop. Anyway good luck.
