Cancelling an order - Legal period in Ontario?
Hi;
I was wondering if any one new the law in Ontario regarding cancelling a car purchase order. I am particularly interested in
1- Number of days to backout of the deal
2- If period is expired, can I just surrender the deposit and walk away
I have not taken delivery of the car (they have not found one yet)

I did that with the New ALTIMA ... I dropped a $1000 Deposit on it ... but then when the Dealer started acting like a B!tch ... I said gimme my Friggin' $1000 back and left!
