Hey guys, if the seller's name is Gary Mcnally, please give him few slaps because of me.
I don't care about him anymore.
unless the admins and mods dont give a f
first off, who's ever thread this is is not me, I have a 2004 black on grey cloth, not 06 on char, check the cardomain.
second, no1 screwed you for $90, I sent the grill, gave you tracking number, what happened in shipping I can't tell you but that was a year ago and if I had screwed you I'm pretty sure you would have put a claim in with paypal. also offered to send you ANOTHER one I had, this time brand new, at my cost until you had people badmouthing me, at that point I'm not going to try.
a mod did look into it, and after being discussed with both of us concluded that we both gave reasonable sides and could not determine fault.
I just sold an 07 spoiler on here, check the itrader, he was very happy with me and his purchase. so leave me out of your posts.
good luck with your sale, and I'm pming you about some stuff.

Wow, i can't believe how arrogantly you're stepping into this thread and you are continuing to lie. However, i will try to refutate your arguments, even that my English is not of the best ones and i hope that your deceitful mouth will get closed once and for all.
Do you have the receipt from the post? Can you please show it?
About the tracking number, i keep all of your PM's and there is nothing about tracking. Maybe you have some other PM?
I will tell you what would happen, if you really had shipped out the grille:
1. Parcel didn't arrive at its destination and came back to sender.
2. Parcel got lost and sender got a full refund where insurance is already included in int. shipping and tracking provided...
Also you said you sent it trough UPS, correct? Here's a shipping quote for a grille to Czech Rep. Any comments on this?

I contacted PayPal of course, but it was too late for opening a despute. Here's what they answered to my email:
Mr...... I understand you ordered a car part in July 31st 2007 for
$90.00 USD and did not receive it. PayPal's complaint policy states that
you can open a dispute for 'Non Receipt' or 'Not As Described' within 45
days of the transaction date.
Even though disputes opened past the 45 day timeframe will not be
addressed, we encourage a dispute to be filed. The dispute will be
documented in the record of the PayPal member whom the claim is against.
In review of your account, we show that you did file a dispute and that
PayPal has notified the Seller of this dispute. However, this
transaction dispute will not be opened because it was filed 45 or more
days from the date of the payment.
Please, stop making me ->
I didn't have the chance to see none of your "reasonable sides". Looks like it was enough for the OP just to see that you stated - i shipped out the grille
Yeah, what an argument.
No one knows what would happen, if i didn't step into your thread after i found you selling stuff under your second name/registration/!!! That happened before you sent him the spoiler!
Mr.Gary McNally alias blakmax2004 and Blkmagic, i will tell you one thing:
I do not want your grille anymore, neither my money back, but you can make me a favor -
GO **** YOUR SELF, BIATCH. I'M DONE WITH YOU!
