98 SE popping-like sound when driving in parking lot/subdivisions

Noticed lately when I drive my Max in a parking lot or a subdivision, there is this popping-like sound. Not sure where its coming from or what is making the sound, but I have posted a video on youtube to show an example of the popping sound at 20 seconds when pulling into my street.

Take a quick corner and jam on the gas. Is there a bunch of clicking? Try the other direction.

If not, sounds like it is probably the strut bearing (or tie rod).
