98 steering wheel not lining up with 95 mount

How do I fix this? I am with my neighbor and we are trying to figure out how to get it lined up with the 95 mount. The white pieces are lined up and I need some help fast!!!!

Close thread, giving the wheel back to the seller, I don't have the time or patience to deal with this.

Thanks for answering jstutter

The seller isn't being a *****, you just didn't know what parts you needed before buying the steering wheel. A plastic trim piece is a lot different from a clockspring.

And if you can't find a clockspring from a 98 SE parts car, along with the airbag, then you can be looking to spend a pretty penny for all the necessary parts aside from the actual steering wheel.
