Panasonic PT-52LCX15-B 52-inch rear-projection LCD HDTV

Date Published: 10/26/07

The Panasonic PT-52LCX15-B is a 52-inch HDTV that employs LCD projection technology to produce a detailed picture within a stylish cabinet. The wide-format screen is framed in silver, with a curved black panel below the screen containing the stereo speakers. In an unusual move, Panasonic also provides an attractive silver stand for this big-screen TV, with two shelves for components and an open back.

The PT-52LCX15-B is a multitalented addition to a high-performance home theater, as it includes ATSC, NTSC, and QAM tuners, a PC connection, and an SD memory card slot for viewing digital photos. This rear-projection HDTV can display regular or HD content from an antenna source or from cable or satellite. The picture is crisp and bright, and content can be up-converted to 720p through progressive scan doubling. The PT-52LCX15-B is also compatible with 480p and 1,080i. A motion-adaptive 3-D Y/C digital comb filter reduces dot crawl, and edges are sharp. Film content is adapted using automatic 3:2 pulldown conversion, eliminating uneven motion even in fast action scenes.

The internal audio system sounds great, with 30 total watts of audio output. Panasonic's Artificial Intelligence Sound (automatic volume control) and simulated surround sound are available. Split-screen viewing don't require an additional tuner, and the PT-52LCX15-B also has memory for video picture settings, video input labeling, and a sleep timer.

This HDTV is well equipped for use with a range of components, from a DVD player or recorder to a computer, VCR, and video game system. The front panel has composite video, S-video, and PC inputs, while the rear panel is home to two more composite video inputs, two additional S-video inputs, an RF input, an HDMI connection, a composite video output, and an optical digital audio output. The silver remote control is a universal model, with a disc controller for navigating through on-screen menus. Most of the buttons illuminate, making night operation of the PT-52LCX15-B a snap.

The $1,999.99 MSRP is actually the estimated street price, as MSRP data from Panasonic was unavailable.

this 800 watt home theater system will be included as a bonus

Before the mods get you let me say that ebay and graigslist links are not allowed.
If this is your TV just post it here and see if it sells.

Huh? Sift through the for sale threads...there are links to ebay all the time. I have linked a few sales as well.

Only for sale requirements are to list location and price.
