for sale is just the 00vi top. brake booster nipple is broken, i used a brass fitting in there and had no probs. I dont know anything else about this as its been sitting in my basement for forever. I never hooked it up to anything to open the valves or whatever above a certain rpm so dont know if that works or needs fixing. Thats why im selling cheap.

You should open up the VIAS to see if it's broken or not. Either way $50 is cheap, but if it has a working VIAS for $50, it should sell rather quickly...
