How much should I ask for 97 Max?

Time to sell my toy but don't know what to ask:

1997 SE w/:
Leather interior and all other convenience options
Nigel's T3/T4 Turbo setup (Blitz, FATT DC2, etc.)
B&G Srpings
KYB Adjustable shocks/struts
FSTB & RSB
Wilwood brakes installed (Brembo's avail)
Suspension bushings
Quaife Differential
Upgraded clutch (forget the name but think they're from the Southeast and it's their Stage 2) - great feel and grip.
New MAF
Fields fuel controller
Walbro fuel pump
Hardened engine mounts w/ the old-school Shore-80 goop in them.
OZ Superleggera 17s w/ Nitto 245/50 tires in great condition.
Battery in trunk is a red Optima.

Some stuff still needs to put in and finalized (have 3 cluster gauge pillar but not in (open pillar now)).

Also have JIC suspension available to throw in and an untouched Stillen body kit. I just don't know. Was thinking $4500 and then adding on for the extras not yet installed. Just don't have details on some of the specifics right now but could get them if it matters.

Pretty much everything is high-end but the Blowse stereo is acting up with some tape errors.

Thoughts?

Post pics of the car please and list the mods you have to be specific. That would help.

Pics as requested - pretty much everything was high-end at the time but things change - just saying nothing was skimped on. I spent a week trying to get the right oil fitting for the return line vs. using the basic brute force method. Nothing's been done that can't easily be undone but so it goes. I actually have a buddy at work that wants to buy this for his twin sons who just got their licenses so I'm not fishing for people here - just know a lot of mods don't add value.

Paint and body are in awesome condition and everything but the Bose works perfectly . Bose plays well but runs random "Tape Error" sequence like it's looking for a tape or thinks one is half loaded but doesn't complete.

Pics of trubo timer, boost controller, gauges, J&S timing mgt. system, FSTB, RSB, brakes, rims, turbo, etc. etc. etc. are here:

Says I can only post 5 images in one post so take a look for yourself and just adjust the URL.

Or you can DL the .rar file here: http://members.***.net/terror22/Maxima/Maxima.rar

Has all the pics in it - no particular order but shows pretty much everything from interior to exterior, wheels, tires, engine, etc.

Gauges are just held up in the 3-gauge pod as they're not installed yet but wiring is run and ready to go - just needs a weekend I can't seem to find. EGT sensor is installed already and welded in.

It depends. Most of the people on the ORG know these cars inside and out, and know how much they are really worth. $4500 is a good negotiating price on the ORG, but I'll give you a tip. If you want more money, sell the car to the average consumer who doesn't know much about them. From experience, I've been looking for a 5 speed Maxima for the past 6 months, and I've noticed that high mileage, mechanic special 4 gens do go for 5k+. I don't understand. Even when I came across an excellent condition 4th Gen, I competed with the average buyer's high offering price, which was WAAAY above what the car was worth! It was rediculous! I finally had no choice but to find a good deal and compete with the average buyer willing to spend more than what the car was worth. Set a price, and you'll have a buyer. Expecially with all of your mods.

On the other hand, selling it at the right price to a person who will buy it for the car that it is, and treat it right, is a whole lot easier to deal with when parting with you car.

Also, most people on the ORG are looking for a good deal, so if you have a good deal, someone will pick it up. Be prepared for low-ballers too. Good luck!

Tucson, AZ since I got it. Was in Phoenix for a bit before I picked her up with about 6K on the odo in Feb/Mar of 97.

Mileage is just about 71.4K. Turbo miles = about 15-20K of that.

Any other input. I'm thinking more like $5K now since with the boost controller and Fields fuel mgmt. set at basics it can drive like a regular car and is in otherwise perfect condition. Though for most I'd figure the add-ons are a detractor rather than a value add.

Dude that wants to buy it for his kids is a friend of mine so I want to be fair and err on the side of "good deal" for each of us.

Man it's hard to walk away from a car that's gotten so much time and attention.

That is a very fair and competitive price for a car with such low milage and the mods that you have.
