97-99 ONLY LED tail boards
This time around I will ONLY sell the boards. No signals or reverse.

You will get boards exactly like that.

Headlights on

Brakes on
Search for more pics, Wizard and Flav both have posted many pics their tails.
Pricing is going to be $310shipped. This includes paypal fees and shipping. Everything will be shipped UPS or FEDEX. Every board is individually tested before its shipped. There are some updates from the last set of boards so these should be worth every penny.

I would need at least 4/5 people to put down $100 deposit for me to do this. If I see enough interest I might change that number. But I will need a guarantee so I know all of them will sell. I am not changing the design, they will be the same as last time. The total cost of the boards will be roughly 250* plus shipping.
* - this price is subject to change in the next few weeks, I have the get all the pricing down first. I can say they WILL NOT cost more than $325 and no less than $250.

I don't think I can, but I can ask. But you can't really tell there is green in the tails at all.
I will only sell the boards, I will not be installing them into the tails. I won't have the time. It is a very easy process.

now you decide you want to make em.
wish you would have decided that 6 months ago before i spent thousands of dollars. oh well, mine are almost done as well. let the games begin.
having boards printed is not cheap. that makes for a majority of the cost. soldering thousands of leds is labor intensive so there has to be a decent profit margin to make it worth doing. component costs are minimal.

And since you probably don't want cheap Chinese eBay LEDs, it's best to use LUMILEDs or Agilent LEDs which are much more expensive per unit. The LEDs also need to be red-orange if you want it to look right, and red-orange are more expensive than straight red.

no problem... you've actually helped me make my decision as to which design to release first. good luck on the venture, i think they will sell better for you this time around. this is a very popular mod right now.
Youll make more.
I move to ban both you guys till my car is done.
Well good luck to you both . I hope all goes well Kev.

I wish I can get a hand on one of these, but I don't have the money.
So I got a question, where can I get that **** setting things shown on the right side of the second pic? and what is it?
Good luck with the sales

I have done tails for the 95-96 and the boards a larger and need to fill up more space. It would take him a ton more money to have the boards made and i doubt he wants to do it.
^^^^ yea thats what i was thinking...... damn convert to 97-99 rear end or no LEDs.... this is a tangled web we weave! lol i guess i would still need to convert since a CF trunk comes only in 97-99. by the way did you read my last post bout the D2?

I dunno, I need money and I don't have time for a "job" lol
