00VI swap
00VI swap
Pics will be up tomorrow.
Im going with a 3.5 swap so no longer will need this.
parts included:
TB w/ 5th gen IACV
Lower & Upper manifold
New lower-to-upper gasket
working/fixed vias
power rod
rear 3 updated coilpacks
rear valve cover and somewhat new gasket
fuel rail with injectors, clips and connectors
2 bad things about it though, one of the screws on the front were stripped in the threads. I used one of the longer bolts to hold it down but just thread tighter, earlier(put a socket under the head of the screw)
Also, i removed the swirl valves in the LIM and filled the holes with JB Weld. I believe 3 of the holes are missing the JB weld filling so would need to be redone or welded shut.
asking $300 obo
Also, this mod pared with a JWT ecu(7.2k rev limit), 5spd and ypipe got me into the 13's. UNTUNED

Ouch, seeing as you weren't boosted I think we can all geuss where those went. I still don't know WHY people use JB weld. All you need to do is use a screw that fits under the seal but won't go through the hole except on it's thread. Apply some permetex-grey to the screw, plop it in, apply a little more permetex to the outside, put the seals back on, and call it a day, no need to bother with the inside holes, sure it isn't good for flow, but they are real small and it's not the end of the world, not worth an engine that's for sure. Bump for good price and the fact that the issue to be attended to is VERY minor and will take a few minutes to fix and seal up properly using this technique.
