Freshly rebuilt 95-99 manual tranny

like the title says: i have my freshly rebuilt 95-99 maxima tranny.

seals, bearings, synchros paint. everything has been done to get it up and running.
6000km later, i totaled my car...
the tranny has always been run on full synthetic oil.

i need to sell it : 500$ in canada.

if it's VLSD I'm seriously interested? Is there any difference (Speed Sensor) between the Canadian tranny and the US Fed Spec? If it bolts right up w/o having to change any of the sensors etc... How much shipped to Minnesota 55130?

If you're doing a manual conversion on a 1999 maxima GLE....can you use the tranny from a 95 GXE?.....i know that the GXE does not have LSD. Are there any computer or electrical issues that arise when doing it?

I'm interested, and im in Toronto.

Nope it's all mechanical difference. You'll be fine. All you need is the driver's side axle if you are switching to an LSD transmission.

Now if only we could get a response..........

Id rather get a 100$ more for the tranny and deliver it to you at home instead of shipping it. i have a bad history with shipping (stuff got lost, never had my money...) if your in ny state, i should take 5-6 hour dirve and that's it. you have it home. get back to me with that idea.

so 600$ delivered to your home.

Is that tranny VLSD?? That is the main question that I need to know. I'm in Mass and I don't mind driving to NY to pick it up if its rebuilt and a LSD.

Let me know.
Thanks.

Yeap... Everyone has been asking this question VQ'd. Is this VLSD or not? If it is then it's definitely worth the trip. Heck I'd pay $800 for you to get it shipped to me.

If it's not VLSD... then I'd have to think about it....
