Steak knife.

Actually, you should be able to find a circular drill bit to do it.

I would use a Dremel (or RTX if you have one) with a diamond cut off wheel (~$15 at your local hardware store). I've tried using one of those circle bits (can you call em bits? cuz the one had was 3" in diameter)...man they are hard to control and they take forever to cut through steel! Plus the cut is not very clean (could be, but for me, it wasn't). If you do use the circle cutter, then use a low RPM setting (I believe that's what's suggested for cutting metals) and a steady hand. The Dremel (Black and Decker RTX is highly recommended, higher torque than Dremel) is the easier route in my opinion only cuz it's easier to control the Dremel and easier to cut with a diamond cut off wheel (you could use reinforced cut off wheels too, much cheaper, but you will probably go through like 4-5 of them, but still cheaper than the diamond cut off)...might need the flexible extension to get some of those angles. I would also pick up a bit to take care of the burrs after you cut the hole.

This site has some good tips on using Dremel to cut circular holes in steel. Some people (like me) mod their computers just like we mod our cars

Good luck with the drilling.. Try using a industrial drill.. It'll be like cutting paper...

And congrats!!!
