Hey guys is there anywhere I can buy a shorter height shifter for an 03 maxima? I saw the thread about making my own but was wondering if anyone made one. The stock shifter is so tall!

 

Nobody make it for 5.5. There was a thread about somebody made one. Search for it you'll find it.

 

i believe majestic-maxima had a very detailed on how he shortened the stock shifter. search for it.

i did one. Unfortunately no company makes a direct replacement as i think it would be very costly. On the plus side i modded my original one and was going to sell it. Although some others had expressed interest in it.

Came out nice..just viewed the thread. Would love to do this down the line. Did the epoxy hold up for the piece that was having trouble for the other guy?
