Hey, my best friends uncle has a totaled 2000 maxima se sitting at his body shop. Its beyond repairable so he uses it for parts. It got into the accident at 40k miles and has heated leather seats that are in very good condition. I asked him if he wanted to trade my cloth seats out of my 2k se for his leather and i was goign to to all the work. He said he has no use for mine so i can just buy his seats (front and rear) for 200 installed (with power/heat)

ahh ok, i kinda figured it was a good deal. I dont know why but i have a problem with leather. lol. And yes its 200 installed. But is there anyway cloth seats can be heated?

excellent, near perfect. By looking at them you'd think there was never a butt on any seat but the driver.

never heard of heated cloth, i guess nissan doesnt wanna put themselves liable for burns.... what color leather???

ahh i see. The seats are black. Another problem i might have if i do this swap is color matching. because the strips on the door panels are cloth. unless i replace those too

 

what color cloth do you have? if it is the dark gray like me i think you will be fine with leaving the door panel cloth in here, i dont think it will look weird or take away from the fluidity of the interior

a 2000 se for spare parts huh? would not the seats look a bit out of place with the all cloth interior?, and the back seats?
This is a bit off topic but any chance you can get a left tail light (if its black/red) and the fuel door? I'll be happy to compensate you.

 

hmm im pretty sure the tail lights were still in tact. And i think i can get both the things you need. Ill let you know when i stop by there on Monday. You need just the door or door/hinges?

I'm almost positive there were some 5.5 gens that had cloth and heated seats from the factory. I think they were very rare though.

Of course you can have cloth and heated seats. My AE has the meridian package (heated outside mirrors, heated front seats, etc), but no leather package.

 

with hinges. what color was the car by the way? also- get the seats, in the worse case scenario you can just sell them to someone else on this forum (maybe even profit).
