what do you guys recommend? (headlights)

Im looking to buy new headlight for my max just dont know what is a good brand and price plus where to get them. So I searched on ebay (Ive already bought my fog lights there but I got riped off cheap lights and brackets both fog lamps cracked when turned on and the socket to plug the lights was wrong so i fix that myself plus I had to use tie wraps to mount the drivers side. So I dont really buying **** online after that)

so Im looking for a seller who sells quality. what is a quality brand and price?

here is a couple links Ive searched... 1-4 which is the best?

A lot of guys on here use the r34 style headlights (which arethe ones that say one piece) and some even retro fit projectors into them. but those seem to work good for alot of the guys on here

FWIW, I've bought from #1 with no issues.

Everyone carries the exact same R34 headlights, so don't think there's a difference in quality. IMO, it all boils down to price, their positive feedback, how long they've been on ebay, and the number of transactions they've done. If it's less than 99%, I usually read the negative feedbacks to see if they're legit or not, and how the seller addressed the complaint.

The wizard pretty much hit it. Look at the seller's feedback and history to make sure it's legitimate. I myself like the one piece cefiro headlights, but those are hard to come by nowadays.

Retro is short for retro-fitted, which basically means to fit or add to equipment already existing. In our case, it means adding projectors and usually HID's (and other necessary parts) to either a stock or much more commonly used aftermarket headlight housing.

wat?

My retro:
R34s - $140
Projectors w/ lens swap - $140
HIDs - $82
Shrouds - Probably $50
Harness - $50 approx.
+time
$462

That is approximate because I probably didn't spend that much on the making the harness and I haven't bought my shrouds just yet.

Um thats a 100 over ebay pricing and they are the same lights. just hit you local internet connection and find ebay. Once there go to maxima and buy your 1 pieces there.

95-99 maxima headlights black

using the above search terms in ebay brought up 33 listings, ALL of them were cheaper than them 2k joints.

if you dont feel like typing just click the links in the first post!

Buy from ebay and use the money you saved to get an intake.
Or better yet, put it into the Y Pipe fund!
