Cost of all tranny parts?

I spoke to a couple of people today, and the best price that I was able to get for all the parts for a tranny swap (tranny, torque converter, pedals, cylinder, clutch, interior center console etc.) was $1350. Does that seem like a good price? The tranny is off a 96 Maxima, doesnt have LSD, but driven to just under 60K miles. I believe there is a 6 month warranty on the parts also. Does this seem like a good deal?

Manual transmissions do not have torque converters, but the price is nice.
