What kind of problems are you having? Is it that the bar is sitting a little too high that it touches the hood or...?

its sitting a little low and its touching the pipe that runs on the left of the engine(i think its the ac pipe, it goes into the body, the longest/thickest one visible).

I didn't think the VQ30 had issues, but I know that when I ran a FSTB the VQ35 is a little tall. It was mostly cured by raising the bar up by placing washers underneath the FSTB mounting plates.

some times you just need to bend the ac lines. if you have a 3.0 watch out for the evap valve on the intake manifold.

I took the evap valve off and set it aside, but its the ac pipe that really kills it, I'm going to try to put it on again but even if it fits it will be really tight and it might touch, its interesting that a lot of 01 maximas cleared it and its basically the same thing under hood.
