Um, no. None of my parts are stolen. Thanks for ruining my thread with non-sense.

Guys, do you all have proof of your accusations? And goldtooth, why haven't you listed your contact info? If it comes out that you are selling stolen goods that belong to a member on this forum (I don't care how you got them), you will be banned and I would hope the owner of the parts prosecutes you.

If you did nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about.

I have records for all my stuff. I dont see a need to post transaction numbers or copies of titles online. I will only bring in the records if you wanna go to court over this outrageous accusation. You lose nothing by accusing me, but I lose any potential buyers. Note to all potential buyers: look at my feedback and if you would like, ask me for my ebay screen name. I have excellent feedback anywhere and wont let someone ruin my reputation. Now, mr moderator, im politely asking you to clean up this garbage out of this thread. Thank you

No. I said buyer beware. I never said not to buy your stuff.

Had you offered any evidence that could clear you, had you helped the people looking into the theft, or had you identified who you bought the trunk lid from, I would be editing this thread like crazy.

But you did not want to take the time to help out a guy whose car was stolen in an effort to help him recover his deductable. All you would have had to have done is to find the email from the craigslist purchase, a phone number, anything. Maybe the address from your friend picking it up. But you did nothing.

And you want ME to help YOU by silencing your critics?

i don't know you so i'm not going to past judgement and i just spent the last 30 min trying to give you the benefit of the doubt but from the Chicago forum i don't see you making ANY attempts to help the other members out in finding out where you got the stolen part from.

so i'll make this VERY clear so there's zero confusion..
It's around 6pm EST on 2/23/09. By 12 noon EST 2/24/09 (tomorrow) if i do not see any cooperation on your part to help out who actually stole the car then i will personally ban your account status on maxima.org until the admins at CNC gives me the ok to unban you. Sorry no refunds will be given for your donation.

We do not tolerate members selling stolen parts. It's clear that the trunk that you sold to another member was from a stolen car. it's your choice to be part of the solution or part of the problem. after reading the comments YOU bear the burden of proof to clear your name.

so until you clear your name you will be banned tomorrow at noon. if you decide to create another account we will p-ban you from the forum.

there's no need to reply to this thread...your actions will speak for itself. you can make excuses and stories all day but until your name is cleared you will not be allowed on this forum.
Dan
