VE Injector rail O-ring size?

Does anyone know the size of the O-ring that goes on the injector rail between the Injector rails and the engine block for the VE?

I need to change my rails out tomorrow and i don't know the size of o-rings that i need.

Thanks,
Alex

i thought it was more of at thicker bushing-like thing than a simple o-ring... mebbe that's just on the vg.

Best thing to do is just get the injector o-ring set from the dealer before you do your change, if not an injector may leak and you will wish you had.

I just downloaded the FSM off the internet and i guess its called an Insulator.

All i need to do is swap the rails becuase all the injectors are in the rails.

ya they are called insulators. not sure if auto parts store sell them seperately, I know they do in kits, but cost a bit more money that way. Im sure you can get them seperate at the dealer, not sure how much that will run.
not sure if i threw them away or not, but I could check. I bought a few kits when I was doing injectors a lil while back, but I never remove the fuel rail.

there's 3 different items.. there's the o-rings where the injetors go into the rail (16412F and 16412FA), there's the hard vynil/plastic spacers that keep the rail at the proper height off the LIM (17520J), and there's the rubber grommets (insulators) where the tips of the injectors go down into the LIM (16603FA). I think you're talking about the third.. which would be this http://www.courtesyparts.com/16603fa...4-p-43613.html

Try Advance, etc..they'll probably have them, Just remember is a seal not an oring, but made out of rubber, cross sectionally speaking it's squarish instead of round like an oring....
