from my mountain adventure that i just got back from a last night. all pertinent info is in the caption box. i could have driven considerably faster, but i was holding the camera, so i only had 1 hand to drive with, plus i had stuff in the trunk i didn't want sliding around too much.

It's a modified Q45t wing. I basically cut it into 3 pieces, and then secured it to a spare trunk lid I had to keep the shape, then while it was on the car I bridged the "gaps" with several layers of fiberglass and abs plastic. When it all cured I then unscrewed it from the trunk lid and used a bit of filler and primer to level it all out. I also had to then fill the holes where I screwed the three sections to the trunk lid but that was no biggie. The contour of the wing where it mates to the trunk also has to be modified..

sweet deal James, nice job on the wing. and thanks, now i can finally install one of these wings that actually goes with the body of the 3rd gen. i really wasn't planning on installing a wing but after seeing this wing installed on yours and other 3rd gens i grew on it so tomorrow im going on a search for a Q45t wing.
