Changing Signal Lights
Changing Signal Lights
Any1 know how to access the Taillights to change the signal lights? and also i read somewhere u have to take off front tires to change headlight signals...is this true....if any1 has changed them i'll like some details or even pics for how its done thx
I tried replacing the rear signal lights and it involves removing the entire lighting assembly. It also seems that you need special tools. I even printed the FSM and it was of no help.
If anyone has replaced their rear turn signal bulbs, please do share your experience.
The front turn signal bulls are easy to get to once you remove the front wheels and the plastic shields inside the front fenders.

i changed the front and rear signals its not hard at all....u have to take the nuts off the rear lights and pop them out with a screwdriver from the outside and to change the front signals all u have to do is remove or loosen then splash shield and turn the tires away from u and u shoud b set. anyone no how to change the mirriors signals?
Ya you can access it from the wheel wells turning the well inward depending on what side your working on. I have asked other people that have changed their headlight bulbs and this is the method that they used. FYI you are going to have a cover that I believe that you are going to have to twist off then you have to pull this wire like spring thing out I believe in order to take the bulb out.
Np and actually you don't have to worry about the cover thats for the headlight bulbs. Sorry I didn't really read what the thread was about just your post. It is even easier to signal bulb so you shouldn't have to worry about anything. You can go in the same way that I explained above though.
