They're the 3M film type but tough as hell.

 

They should carry them. G.T. Styling is one brand, I believe there are several others.

 

you can get them mostly anywhere, NOPI, PepBoys, Kragen..

just be sure to get it to fit the damn car.. on the GTS ones, i had to cut...

but its ok..

as for the eyebrows, i tried making overlays for just the top, and almost did it, but the aiming pegs on the head light themselves, make it nearly impossible to get a good straight eye brow...
