Electronic experts please advise on Aftermarket Fog lamps..

I really don't know much about car electronics but was wondering if the factory fog lamp wiring can be used to to power aftermarket fog lamps? I cant find stock replacements in my budget and although it won't look as clean, I'd rather have some fog lamps than no fog lamps.. I just like the idea of using the factory control instead of having to install a seperate toggle switch.

Your factory fogs broke or....? eBay usually have used ones for cheap. As for wiring, tape the + and - wires and you are done.
