Bronze rims with red lip?

I have had my street rims on for some time and I was wondering what you guys think if I put a red lip on my bronze rims to have them go with my black, red, bronze theme.

I did a MS Paint to give you an idea of what it would look like:

Do it! I personally like your current setup better, but if you want a change, I say go for it.

Why not? You can always take it off if you don't like it right?

How about u bronze out all the red on ur car and leave the wheels. IMO a black and bronze theme would look better...just a suggestion...

Well I actually considered that. I saw a Lexus IS that was painted matt black with matt bronze accents and it looks gorgeous. Ill see if I can dig up a pic.

I think u shud definately go with the bronze idea...its gonna make ur car look even sicker!!
If u go thru with it are u jus gonna paint over the red or get new parts and paint them? I noticed ur calipers are red too...

I think the car needs to lose the red stickers on the bottom, it would clean it up.

maybe if you get some 20's and paint them only bronze. Then add some bronze color touch ups to the car...

remember what everyone said about single exhaust.... Do what you think is the hotness. everyone criticized your idea of single exhaust and after you did it you loved it right. That's what matters. what you like and want. IMO go for it. Most of your ideas have come out quite nice. Keep us posted and definitely share some pics.

I really don't know why you make these threads....you always propose a new idea and get mixed reviews, and regardless of the replies you do it anyway.....just do it then make a thread.

But these are 3 piece, staggered and $1,000 per rim...going with normally priced stuff for our car's offset could look cheezy.

zuko: I actually thought of carbon fiber and red stripes too but not sure how it would look.

nyana: The black and bronze idea is not a bad looking idea actually.

LA02Max: I throw the ideas out because I like to see feedback and also some people have better ideas along the same lines (pardon the pun) or they have ideas that modify my idea. i usually dont do ideas "regardless of replies." I consider what everyone says, including you.

Leet: U may be right. Sixth Gen people need to be coddled a bit when it comes to radical mods. I still love you all regardless
