I just bought these from DJ420 2 weeks ago, and I only drive the car on weekends. I need the money for unforeseen circumstances. These are mint black leather seats. Both are power. $300.
I dont have pictures now since Im back at school but will be home this weekend. I assure you that these seats are in MINT condition however with no tears, cuts, holes, or anything! Anyone who knows DJ420 knows he pulls great stuff!

You can make them heated for under $100 more.
Talk to maxima_joe for the heated elements. He parts out cars, I'm sure he can get you some (might take a little time to source though).
I bought pads, wiring, from him and switches from someone else. Converted my non-heated leather into heated.
