1995 to 1997 maxima if your sunroof leaks or won't open repair kit

I have a new sunroof repair kit with step by step instructions to do the repair. I bought the kit from a nissan dealer about a year ago but never installed it. I sold the car so I have no use for the kit. I payed $175.00. I like to get $120.00 obo.

What leak does this fix? I have a problem with mine not closing and when I close it, it just pops up and I can see it open sorta.

that is what I bought this kit for but I never had time to install it and now I don't have the car so I don't need the kit. this kit includes the tracks and the cables and a few plastic peices and I have all the information on how to install this kit.
