ANY SUSPENSION PROBLEMS TO REPORT YET?

Many of you here may or may not know that there have been issues with the 6th gen suspension. Since the 7th gen shares the same basic set-up as the 6th gen. I was just wondering if anyone here has had any susperions problems yet. This gen came out last fall and I'm sure that there are some Canadian drivers here that have driven their can in winter...what has your experience been so far?

How are your roads in your neck of the woods?
How long have you had your Max and when did the problems start...how long have you noticed this noise.

Do you remeber hitting any pot holes?

Please respond asap.

My 7th gen Maxima suspension has many changes (tested extensively at Nuremburg), and has a much better controlled ride than my 6th gen. I often heard strange noises under my 6th gen (but loved it anyway). I have heard nothing but silence from my 7th gen suspension. There is a service bulletin for a noisy knuckle on the left rear of SOME 7th gen Maximas (not all cars are affected). It has not reached the recall stage yet.

The 7th gen Maxima went on sale at dealer lots last June 26th, so has been on the road almost eleven months.

Talking about suspension, well I also notice a slight noise going over speedbumps, one of them being on the front right as if something was loose sort of reminds me when I had older cars and my motor mounts were going out, that kind of noise and also I'm not sure if any of you have experience any noised when doing a complete U-turn to the complete left, I hear a noise as if one of my cv joints were bad. Not sure if any of you have experienced this. My car has 6k miles and I baby it and that noise has been there since I first bought the car. Guess I'm going to have to go to the dealer to check it out. Let me know if any of you are experiencing anything like this. Also when going over the speed bumps, should I be hearing my left shock make an airnoise as if it were an air suspension?

This is why my family NEVER buys a car new in its first year of production.
