I've got a 92 SE that I bought about six months ago from a friend's grandfather. The guy took immaculate care of it... oil changes, regular maintainance through Nissan, even wrote down date and odometer reading every time he filled the tank. So when I got it, it had about 92,000 miles, and I've put another ten on since.

How much can I beat on this thing and still expect it to be around for a while? Also, is there anything I can do to extend the life of the car?

HA. Ha. that was ALMOST funny!! If it's an automatic, then you gotta watch it...If it shift rough, that could be a sign of a weak tranny. Otherwise, if it's a 5spd, beat the hell out of it (the car) and get a heavy duty clutch
